It is real easy if your car is not factory ac, but if it is, the heater box is hell. I have swapped rearends, engines, & transmissions, and as bad as R&Ring that toploader is, I'd rather do that then a heater box
:I opened up my heater box last year. Mine is clocked too, only one corner got warm. It took me about 15 minutes to get to it. I just pulled the shelf out, and unbolted the Sears AC that hangs from the shelf. It was easy to get to, all you gotta do is removed the 2 water hoses from it, and unbolt it. You can probably do it in about 30 to 45 minutes. Just watch those clips....they like to fly.
