You need to check it for a draw. Disconnect the negative battery cable and put an amp gauge inline between the calbe & battery. If it registers high, (make sure the door is closed and the key is off), then pull fuses until it drops. Then you know what circuit the draw is. Also, make sure the alternator is charging with a voltmeter. Could be the Voltage regulator like Joe said, also could be ignition switch (that can shut the car off and create a draw).
