I need to get the '72 road worthy for the time being... that was my original plan when I got him... an AB car while I wait for Alice, might as well be another Mav...
When Alice is returned to me she goes off to the paint shop... (another few days with out!).
I pull off the tires from Alice when I get new ones and throw her old ones onto the 72' (Alice's are better but I want to get 4 new ones, might as well recycle!).
72' has a straighter bumper which I'll pull off and send it out to be rechromed with Alice's front one (guess where it's going?)
Right now I'm a LITTLE torn... We can put the GT scoop on a Mav hood for Alice (Compleating the "Maveret" look with Comet tail lights) or I can swap the hood from the 72'... Grabber hood with scoops.
Thing is, Alice will be finished by the end of summer (hope hope) and I don't know if I want to keep the '72 as a back up (just in case) or sell it... Heck... I know I wouldn't get the money out of it even if I parted it out and I would hate to send a restorable daily to become a toaster...
