You can use front disc brake assemblies (spindle, rotor, caliper) from a Maverick or Comet with disc brakes. Discs were available starting in 1974. In 1976, disc brakes became standard, so any 1976 or 1977 car will hae discs. You can also use the disc brake assembly from a 1975-80 Ford Granada or Mercury Monarch, or 1977-80 Lincoln Versailles, provided your car has manual steering. If your car has power steering, you can still use the spindles, bt you must use Granada tie rod ends.
