69.5's and early '70s had smaller tunnels, but if your car had two holes in the frame (one for V8 & one for 6), then you should be fine.. -CP
: When I converted my 70 to a 302 , I got a trans. cross member from a 74 Maverick and it didn't fit right , I had to do a little cutting and drilling of the cross member because it seemed just a tad too wide , anyone else have that problem?I just thought I'd mention it , so you are aware of it.
