Remember me? Financial probs forced me to sell my '72 Mav about a month ago. I made sure it went to a good home. The guy has a '73 grabber, bright yellow, beautiful car. It runs low 12s with flat tops, ported dart2 heads, and performer rpm intake/cam. Weighs in at 2650lbs. Well, he bought mine for a street car. He has a nicely built 351W waiting for it in his garage at home. Anyway, I'm driving a Z car right now, saving up for another project. I'm looking forward to starting another Mav from scratch. My last one was already in good shape when I bought it, so I didn't get to do any body work or anything. Plus I want the experience of swapping a V8 in, instead of buying one that already has a 302. So I'm looking for a 70-72 6 cyl with a *decent* body and 3 on the tree (easier to swap in a 5 speed than with the a/t). There is a huge lack of Mavericks in my part of California, which makes it hard to find one. But I'll keep my eyes open.
