Except for optional equipment, the 75 did not differ from the 74, except the 1975 should have the "F O R D" letters on the lip of the hood. Everything that you mentioned will interchange.
That car should be worth no more than $100 if it has no engine or suspension. Any more and you are getting seriously ripped off.
