I would take the heads off and mill them to raise the compression ratio, since the '79 probably had pretty low compression. For the intake, I recommend a Weiand Stealth w/ a Holley 650. The 351 swap is harder than you might think, I am sure you will hear about it from MMBers that have done it before, though... Good Luck. -CP
