You need headers for sure(even the 302 has little room, 351W will be worse), PAW sells them I believe, going to call this week for them. Also you can not have a column mounted shifter, I am going with a B&M Pro Ratchet. I am removing my PS as well, its leaky and I got a manual pitman arm from the junk yard for $4, I need the centerlink and that is availible from PST. This is just some of the stuff that I have prepared for the swap so far. I put my battery in the trunk to get some of that weight off the nose as well. Good luck and let me know how it goes since its rainy here and that will most likely slow my progress!
