Joel Using the tire size of 185/70/14. The "185" is the "section width" or how wide the tire is measured in metric. The "70" is the "aspect ratio", which means in this case the tires side wall is 70% tall as the tire is wide. And the "14" is thediameter of the rim (wheel). Hope the sheds some light. Russ
