Could be oyur master cylinder. Even "new" (reman) units can be bad, it happened to me. If the braking is better the second pump (and the brakes have been bled, both front, rear, and at the master cyl), then it is probably the master cylinder. -CP

: Th rear brakes been completely rebuilt (including new drums) and I have bled the lines twice.I unfortunately did not have the money to get new rotors, I will get them surfaced and see if that helps.I will try to explain this a little better , the pedal does NOT go to the floor(which is good)but when pressing the pedal it goes down then back up against the pressure of my foot, this motion goes about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch in each direction, the pedal does NOT shake or wobble but it is in a smooth even motion.I will surface then repost.
