IF your carb is shot and the gaskets are worn out, and you are not getting
high RPMs, you may not be generating enough vacuum. Hoses and a tube
of sealer(I smear a little around the nipple when I put on a new hose)
would be the prudent thing to do after the carb work is done to eliminate
the diagnosis program.
