Well, for those of you that don't know, my Maverick has been at my shop apart for over a month. I tore the center out of the clutch disc (whoops), and, thanks to a crappy Ford dealer parts man down here, it took two weeks to get a Motorsport clutch and flywheel. Then the flywheel didn't come with dowels (which I needed, because I converted to the 5.0L Mustang-style diaphram clutch this time). My parts man, who I had just spent $500 with, told me they Ford doesnt sell them. After a couple days I found an article at mustangworks.com that had the part#! I gave it to him and he ordered me some. 4 days later, I got them, and finally I got the toploader et al into the car today.
: This is the longest time without my Maverick for over a year, made worse by the fact that I had no second car at this point. Riding the bus sucks. You can imagine how great is is to drive again! -CP
