You'll need to specify the year on that gas tank, EJ. Autokrafters has some sheet metal patch pieces, but I am not sure if they are exactly what you need. Sounds like you need to find a Junkyard Maverick and cut those chunks out for patch pieces. There are plenty of rust-free mavericks here in AL junkyards and on the west coast as well. Tell the board where you live, maybe someone can point you in the right direction. -CP

: I need a RUST FREE gas tank with working sending unit and the tank straps. I will have a plastic fuel cell for sale for $50.00. Also I'm looking for rust free lower rear quarter clips, from the bottom up to the side marker light with the trunk drop offs and the same height inner wheel well. Any out there? Thanx, this is a great site and you guys have been very help full. This is my first Maverick, in the past I've had close to 50 older Ford muscle cars, but they are just getting to exspensive, espesially to race. Thanx again and I'm sure as this project progresses I will need more parts. E.J.
