It sounds like you have a very early 73 Grabber? 2 is for '72, X I don't know, 93 is Grabber, F is 302, the rest are sequential numbering. 62D is 2 door sedan, I don't know the color or trim codes, but like I said you might have one of the FIRST 73 Grabbers out there. If it was made in June it did not hit the show rooms until August and would be a '72 car but they were pobably selling it as a '73 and it was probably sold in Califonia where the larger bumpers were required first. Does it have the Grabber hood with the scoops? or is it flat with black thin strip in a U shape on it that has the word Grabber on the front edge of it? What other extra's does it have like AC, Bucket seats, Mag wheels, vinyl roof side crome molding, does it have a glove box or a pakage tray, floor shift or colom, auto or stick? All these things will help us figure out what you have. Todd.

: My title says the car is a 72 the vin no. is 2X93F312324 the tag inside the drivers door has the same vin.The date is 6/72 body 62D color 6F trim LF but the car has the bigger bumper like the 73 and the bottom half is all black not just a strip.Did someone maybe change bumpers or what? Please help
