Dynomax Headers

Made the perverbial mistake. Well, the sales guy did.

Got the Dynomax 67-73 Dynomax headers. Damn they looked sweet, but....damn things don't fit. Did get the drivers side header in without much trouble. A little close to the gearbox. The problem is the passenger side. The #3 tube should have been bent at least 1 1/4 inch toward the rear firewall in order to clear the shock tower. Other than that, they would fit.

Called Dynomax to make sure the guy had the right part, and the tech guy said that they don't make a header for Mavericks. Figures....

This is all just a note....Dynomax doesn't make a header for the Maverick!!! Live and learn.
