: This week end I found a 76-78 Granada with a 21 gallon fuel tank, I put it in my 72 Grabber yesterday. It fit with out changing anything, I even used the original tank straps. The vent port, filler neck and sending unit are all in the same location as the original 16 gallon tank. It hangs down about 2" below the rear valance, but the 16gal one did also just not right at the valance, the 21gal tank is much more square and is taller above the seam than the 16gal tank. The fuel line and sending wires hook up exactly the same. If anyone wants to drive farther on a tank full this might be the way to go. This is definetly going to help on the drive out to Columbus this year.
Will this work on a 71 as well?
