Don't think I'd use cinder blocks.

Might break over time. Try to get some junk steal wheels from a salvage yard. Pull the wheels off the car, and drop the car onto the salvage wheels in the jack locations. Should take some of the tension off the springs, and allow you to store the tires flat on something. You might want to cover the tires too, or stack them with the inside down.

: I am leaving to go into the Navy the 27th of this month. I am going to be in great lakes for about two years (basic and schooling). I plan on finishing my car when I get out of school( i.e. trans, body work, and paint). I was wondering what to do since it will be sitting for such a long time. I was planning on keeping it in my trusty work shed where it will be nice and dry. Should I remove the tires and put the car up on cider blocks? Any advice would be appreciated.

: Devin
