Just about the size of a thimble. Would make a great top hat for a finger person. hehehe

: Great job, Mark, though I still am unclear where that thing is.... How big is it?-CP

:
: : Okay....got tired of having to pay $30 for an entire AC/heater control assembly for simple plastic cup. Had one made out of aluminum.

: : Got a friend with a lathe, and it took 30 minutes to turn it out. This is a picture of both the new and the old. He told me that he can turn them out of PVC as well, but hasn't had the chance yet. This picture doesn't do it justice, but after not having my heater/AC controls so far this winter, this is the sweetest little item I've bought for my Mav.

: : If anyone is wondering, this little cap helps hold a metal washer with a rubber valley manifold onto the right side of the heater/AC controls(the sliders on the left side of the intrument cluster). All but one has been broke in all the Mavs and Comets that I have come across in yards. Without this part, the heater/AC vacumn controls don't work at all.

: : Figured that I would share this, and maybe offer assistance to any that may need one (or two). These are not in production anymore.

: : The only part missing is what seems to be a mold casting notch.
