...both my '73 and '74 in the driveway have the 'SMA-B1' box in them. They are the OE boxes as installed by those fine workers at the Kansas City plant. Maybe prior to '73 the "slower" box was used on P/S cars...can any of you pre '73 owners help here? This "expiring mind" must know! ;-)
