::::Richard,if you put a 5 lug 8" in your '70 you'll have to change the front brakes to the larger drums or disc. I agree with Charlie on the p/b set up.Manual discs are the way to go,dollar and labor wise. 8" Mav rears are plentiful here in Al. Bill
