Ron is correct......390, 406, 410, 427,428 are in the FE series. Not all parts interchange however. N/M

: ...429/460's are more like smallblocks (on steriods!) in thier basic design. The FE's have much "deeper" bottom ends, and the intake manifold actually "fills" halfway under the valve covers (an easy way to spot an FE by the way!).
