I have swapped many dashes & Sam is right about removing the windshield. Once that is out it will amaze you how easy they are to remove. If possible you need to have the donor AC car nearby Cause you have to drill more holes & plug some up when switching from non AC to the AC heated box assembly. You can use it for a reference. All or most of the cutouts are stamped but having the donor near is a definate advantage
