I believe it is off the small bumpered Comet. The big bumper Comets bumpers stick out further than that.

: Sorry to sound so stupid, but can anyone tell me what this piece is? It is from a Comet GT, and the guy told me it was a front valance, but it's flat, so that doesn't make any sense. I thought maybe it might be the "spacer" piece for the big-bumpered model, since it seems to follow the curve of the grille. Thanks.
