There are probably several differences, but I have 1970 Wiring Diagrams on my website maverickgrabber.com. A trick I like to use is to replace the fuse with a flasher, then the flasher will flash instead of the fuse blowing. This gives you some time to find the problem. If you wiggle the harness and the flasher stops (considering that nothing else in the circuit is on) then you've found the short. -cp
: Hey, I need a wiring diagram for a 1974 ford maverick, 250 coup. I have a fuse that keeps blowing and I am having the hardest time finding the short. I've pulled off just about every electrical object in the car. Must be a wire shorting out somewhere. chilton manual didn't have a diagram. Anyone who can help, will be greatly appreciated.
