On the motor...it will fit, but as Seth said, might require some torching. I had one in a Maverick I had....I bought it that way. Whoever put it in just "beat" the shock towers in a little bit to make it all fit...and it was tight!!
On the rear-end....that is going to require a fair amount of modifications to get that rear-end to bolt to your car. I would recommend getting an 8". They are cheap and plentiful in the junk yard, and is a simple bolt-on.

: i know that everyone has already told me that this is going to work, but i am gettin nervous and gittery all at once. i am planning to pull my old inline 6 200 motor and drop in a 351W with a C4 and 8.8" rear. will everyone just settle me down and make me believe and guarantee me that this motor is going to fit in under the hood and in between my shock towers and all. please calm me down!!
