i havent done the research yet, but i assume my auto-powered, V8 maverick, came equipped with the 2:79 gear.
i would like to upgrade that gear into the 3:25-3:50 range.
were the manual transmissioned mavericks geared differently?
im looking for the quickest, cheapest, and easiest to find way of upgrading.
also, i was told that many mustang II's and capri's came with a posi-trak that will fit nicely into a maverick's 8 inch housing.
anyone care to shed some light on this subject?
what cars in particular should i be looking for?
