Does anyone have a rust free cowl vent panel that they would like to sell?

I have a '76 2 door with only 13,000 miles on it. Noticed puddles on the floor after it rained. I took out the dash and found completely rusted out cowl vents. I want to cut out what's left of the old ones and weld in rust free ones. Any help would be much appreciated.
