When I started dating my wife, she knew I loved old cars and trucks, never bothered her. My first Mav purchase came about from the suggestion by my wife. We still have it, and we have had a lot of good times with it, so much so we bought our Grabber last year, and have plans on buying more down the road.
Whats my point I am sure you are thinking? If a girl really likes you, it doesn't matter what you drive, what her Mom thinks, or what anyone else thinks. If she is ashamed to be seen in your old Mav, then she is probably to stuck on material worth, and impressions. Dump her and find the rare girl that will love you for who you are, not what you drive. They are out there, just gotta look high and low, and be patient. Heck, you already have a dang good girl now in your old Maverick. Go out and give her a hug......Peace
