Jim, I agree, at first I thought about vapor lock but then I got to thinking (my first mistake). Fuel injected systems work under far greater pressure with unused fuel returning to the fuel tank. The question is, does the fuel under this type of pressure "hang around" in the fuel lines long enough to "boil"? And of course, under pressure it would not boil as quickly. Also, do they make a "cool can" for an injected system. All I know is that I would not use a cool can designed for a mechanical/carbeurated system. I don't think it could handle the pressure. Just some food for thought! WM
