Thanks for everyones help on the tranny issue. FYI, the C4 & C5 use identical cases and, unless the tag is still on the transmission, there is no way to tell them apart without opening them up. The C5 was only made from 82-85, so, if someone tells you they have a, 82-85 C4 for sale(one or two advertised locally), be very skeptical. Also, the C5 uses a lock-up converter, which as I have found out this week, are hard to find and expensive.
I will be have some items come up for sale shortly: bucket seats, factory shifter, and possibly a console. If anyone is interested let me know.
