: This is what I've got:
: The 302 has been rebuilt and extensively modified. She was bored .040 over with flat top pistons. A Summit Racing cam using Rhodes variable duration lifters (needed to provide enough low end vacuum for the power brakes) and a Melling High volume oil pump rounded out the lower end. The heads were reworked and I ported the intakes to match up with the Weiand Stealth intake manifold. I originally used a Holley 600 CFM carb, but I've never had good luck with Holley's so I replaced it with a 600CFM Carter AFB. Summit Racing headers, MSD Electronic ignition with a Mallory coil, Accel wires and K&N Air filter completed the job.

: : My dad (who lives 1,200 miles away) just bought a 1980 Corvette. I challenged him to a race. What are my chances? Does anyone know of what kind of quarter mile times those things get? I've never been in one before.
