the drain for the condensate is on the passenger side about half way up the hump, almost against the firewall. Usually the drain hose is got a molded pinch in the end that hangs outside so air & water cannot come back in. It can clog up or just stick together over the years not allowing the condensate water to seep out. Sometimes the nipple comming out of the heater/ac box that this hose is connected to breaks off.
