280z vs. 73 MAV.

Who would win between a 77 280z 5speed stick against my 73 302 maverick.
The reason I'm asking is because I thought that because the Datsun is about
600lbs. lighter and a stick that it might win. It also has Flowmaster exhaust.
Any info. would be appreciated.
