I would suggest Ford. Prestolite makes Ford's switches. When I replaced my Master cylinder about a month ago I noticed I still had the original Autolite brake light switch. I put it back and, of course, in two weeks it quit. I replaced it with a Motorcraft so it'll last another 30 -CP
: is it just my car or does everyone experience this problem. that brake light trigger that hooks onto the brake pedal, does it break on everyone else? or do i just have bad luck? does anyone know of one that is good and will not break as easily? please help me out. i just changed mine like 4-6 months ago and its done already. please fill me in.
