I don't know if this will help, but my first Maverick was a stock '72 at the time with 3-sp floor shiftand 3.50 gear and D78X14 Goodyear polyglas tires. With 3000 miles showing on the odometer it ran an e.t. of 16.25 @ 81.96 mph. Generally the average times were from 16.25 to 16.07 depending on weather and track conditions (back in 1972 of course).
