sadly this is an activity common at ebay. I have been a victim of it also. I NEVER bid on anything with a seller who has fewer than 20 successful sales. Sure it can cost me getting something I need, but once bitten twice shy. Also I have had 1 problem with a person who is big in the vehicle preservation biz. Let the buyer beware. Dan

: He was caught by a few very pissed eBayers! He had about three or four names from what they have told me. And I was looking at this and on the auction I won "the mint" valence, he ran up the bid on me !! He bid on his own stuff to raise the price ! What a PUNK @#$%^&*

: : Just thought I would let you guys know that the Ebay seller "mavrik351w@aol.com"
: : who is also probably "cyclonegt1@aol.com" just had a bunch of his auctions end June 8
: : and is already "not a registered user". This means he has withdrawn or been kicked off of Ebay.
: : There were a few people I have sold to on Ebay that I see on this board who
: : won some of his auctions this week. If you are one of them, I would think twice before sending him
: : any money.
