well, after 7 months and almost $1500, my 71 mav 250 is runnin again.i rebuilt the original 250 with clifford performance cam ,9.5 to 1 pistons,reworked head,dual outlet header,and a weber 2 bbl carb with k&n air filter.(with just a tad bit of trouble getting an appropriate cable linkage setup,arrgh.)temporary turbo mufflers till i can afford full duals.workin on gettin a good idle, before i finally back her out of mygarage on her own power again. cant wait to see how she runs.
