A while back I posted about finding a guy here in Houston to rebuild my C-4 and he did the Job for $150. Anyway this is a 69 year old Mustang freak. He has three real cherries. I asked him about the C-4. He states that without a dought there is absolutely no difference between the C-4 that came mated to the 302s, 289s and 351s and the I6 in the mid 70s back to the first C-4. I needed this because I had swapped the good running tranny from my sick 302 to my 200 and now he was rebuilding the former 200 tranny to go behind the 302. to date the tranny is smooth with out any problems. I am sure I step on it a much as anyone. Good luck.
