I think it's pretty disgusting...I say "Mockery". It's a real heap. Personally, I would have taken a 2-door ('70-'73), removed the engine, tranny and interior, painted the body real nice and rolled the windows up & painted the inside of all the windows black so no one could see in. Put some beefy tires on it with some decent wheels or wheel covers, and hoisted the thing up there. THAT would get peoples attention...a NICE looking Maverick up on a tower. People have done it with Airplanes and old Locomotives and ships...basically gut them and paint them & put 'em on display...basicly a shell but nice looking...
