Inshan, click on FAQ on that site and you'll find the article. To answer your specific questions:
You'll need a steel distributor gear for that roller cam motor. The easiest way to do this is to buy a remanufactured 1985 Mustang GT 5.0L 5-speed (VIN code M) distributor and convert to Duraspark. This distributor is unique because it was used on the only roller cam carbuerated 5.0L HO. (The automatic cars used fuel injection in 1985). This means that the advance curve is set aggressive and tuned for the stock H0 camshaft (which I assumee you are using), plus you get the steel gear you need. Buy this distributor, buy a Module (and you'll probably need a cap adapter, cap and rotor, some reman dists come with these but most don't). Then go to a junkard and find any Duraspark car to cut the plugs off of. The wiring is pretty simple, someone posted a good link here and I put it on my website's 'tech links'. It has a wiring diagram.

Use an aluminium late model Crown Vic water pump, no sense in getting an iron one for an older car. Just make sure it is for a Crown Vic, since Mustangs and Trucks turn backwards.

The flexplate I am not sure about. You'll need one from a 1982 or later 302 with a 50 oz imbalance that used a C4. I don't think the AOD one will fit, but I am not sure.

Hope this helps, and I have been updating my 5.0L swap article but its not done yet. -CP

: the article on the late 5.0 swap. i'm switching to carb. like you and i wanted to know a few little things. particularly, i don't know a thing about the ignition and which distributor i'm supposed to use. the engine is a '95 mustang gt. i have the front cover to swap from an earlier engine so i can use the earlier water pump. haven't bought carb and manifold yet, but most likely will be going with a weiand and holley 600 vac.sec combo from summit. i'll be mating it to the C4 that is currently behind my dying 250-6. which flywheel do i need to get?
: still haven't found a set of V-8 frame mounts, so if anyone has these, preferably complete with hardware, pls let me know. can't think of anything else right now, but i'm sure there's more!
: the main thing is that i need to know what to do about ignition, thanks!
