Ok Paulie, this isn't too hard really. You'll need to remove the inside door panel and reach inside the door to release the clip that holds the lock cylinder to the door. Follow these steps:
1) Remove window crank (1 phillips screw)
2) Remove chrome around door release handle - the black plastic insert just pops out with a screwdriver, revealing a philips screw underneath.
3) Remove armrest - use a deep socket to remove the 2 long screws located in the bottom of the armrest, then pry back the chrome cover at the top of the armrest to expose a phillips screw.
4) Remove the door panel by inserting a clip remover or flat blade screwdriver all around the edge of the panel and apply slight outward pressure until all clips release (there are about 20 or so).
5) Reach inside the door (make sure window is up) and use a flashlight to locate the lock cylinder. Use a pair of pliers to remove the metal retaining clip that holds the lock cylinder to the door. Unclip the short rod from the plastic fitting and remove the lock cylinder and the rod from the door as an assembly.
6) Swap it over to the new door and reverse the procedure.

If you have any questions just holler. Good luck!
Sam
