It is quite easy to do if you have seats that will fit...The Grabber high-back seats are the same as '71-'73 Mustang seats & came in '71-'74 Grabbers. '73 4-door Mavericks came with a high-back reclining seat as an option. '74s may have also but I'm not sure. In '75, Mavericks & Comets had a "hump" in the passenger side floor pan to make room for the catalytic converter so the frames of the older seats will not work on the passenger side. This isn't a problem in your case unless you have a California car. To answer your original question, it is a simple matter of drilling 4 extra holes in the floor. The bench seat mounts with 2 bolts or "studs" on each end while buckets mount with 4 studs each...

: hey, my 74 4door mav has a bench up front. i was surfing the net and i saw a mav with buckets???? is that easy to do?? i really like buckets alot better than benches... so if i can find seats... what kinda seats work?? how hard is it??? thanks guyz,
