You need to give more info to really figure out what is wrong with your car, but if when you push the button on the handle the door won't open chances are that the rod that connects from the handle to the lock has fallen off. they are held on with little plastic clips that have a tendancy to break. a quick fix it to put the rod back in its place and talk a small tie strap and put it where the clip was to hold it on.
