If your seat belts in the back seat of your 72 Sprint go up thru the side panels, then they would not be the same. Somewhere in 1972 (I think) they switched from belts beside the seat....to belts coming up thru the side panels. I imagine yours come up thru the panel (yours was a spring or 1972 car - Sprint), so they would not be the same. The back seat is also different because of this change.
