: I won't attempt to fully answer your question because although I've gathered all the parts together and most certainly will be converting my car to a 4 speed (from an auto) I haven't actually gone thru the motions yey (project in process). I can tell you, however, that you have to be very serious because the parts are very hard to get, particularly the Z-bar, or clutch equalizer bar which is a 2 piece unit used on no other car in the whole world but factory V8 Mavericks. I'll let the pros take it from here. How 'bout a faq builder on this subject guys? John B.
