If you are going fuel injected, it is a fairly large undertaking. My advice is if you do not have experience with this kind of swap dont try it yourself. I have done 3 such swaps and while it is not super hard it is time consuming. You will need to get electrical diagrams of both cars and rewire the mustang harness to the Mavericks. I learned the hardway on the first swap I did that you need to hook the idiot light up to the alternator or it will not charge. Sounds stupid but it runs in a loop and if you dont do it you will rack your brain trying to fix the problem..lol 2 alternators later I stopped and asked One of my friends that work at Ford. My point is if you really want to do this make sure you can handle it first. the up side is Feul injection is great for gas milage and driveabilty. You will also have to modify your Transmisson crossmember to handle the Newer style T5 or AOD. Make sure you get all the wiring From he donor car and computer. You can elimate some of it but not all of the wiring. You will also have to weld Oxygen sensors Bungs to your current exhaust. Run an electric fuel pump that will satisfy feul injection requirments 259.99 for an out of tank type, and do all your feul line in the Plastic or steel lines. Rubber will not handle the pressure. You must plum a return line to the tank as well. You must change oil pans and timing covers. You need the dipstick in the frt instead of the rear. I am sure there are more things but I have racked my brain enough this evening.
