If you go with a hydraulic clutch converison, it shouldnt be toooo difficult, I am also considering this swap. I have a tremec 5 spd in my 65 stang, nice converison! There is a company out here in San Diego that sells a conversion that includes the CNC components and a bracket for either a T-5 or tremec. Good luck
