Adjustment of the TV cable is very important or you'll burn up the trans. crossmember requires some adapting but not hard. Make sure you also change the flywheel and the vibration damper. they are the 50oz balance. You shouldn't have to rebalance because they work with each other. If your engine is earlier then 81 it's the 28oz damper/flywheel.
