Brent,302 headers will not work on a 351W.351W is a taller engine and 302 headers will hit the bottom of your car.You may be able to use early Mustang manifolds but they are very restrictive on a 351W. Please don't beat your shock towers up tring to use 351W manifolds,I've seen it done and it looks crappy.Good luck,BILL
